This Build A Soccer Squad tier list only includes cards whose overall rating has actually been confirmed by independent sources — not a subjective "meta" ranking. The game is still Early Beta, so treat every number here as current-as-of-check rather than permanent.
How This Tier List Was Built
Every card below is ranked strictly by its confirmed overall rating (OVR), split into three tiers: S tier for 107+ OVR, A tier for 104–106 OVR, and B tier for 102–103 OVR. That's it — there's no separate judgment call about a card's playstyle value or meta strength layered on top. If a higher-OVR card gets confirmed later, or if Bloxheed changes rating curves in a future update, this page gets revised rather than left stale.
Ten of the fifteen cards below are confirmed by two independent guides that reported the same rating for the same card. The other five appear in only one of those guides — they're marked single-source in the table, and we're publishing them with that caveat attached rather than leaving them out or presenting them as equally certain.

How to Actually Get These Cards
None of the cards on this Build A Soccer Squad tier list are guaranteed pulls — they show up through the game's existing systems, and the realistic path to any of them is building toward those systems rather than chasing one specific name. The most commonly cited approach across guides is stockpiling roughly 200 Rerolls and Refreshes before making a concentrated push, since that gives you enough attempts to reasonably expect a high-OVR pull instead of gambling a handful of resources at a time.

What GB and SB Actually Mean
Several of the highest-rated cards on this list carry a GB or SB prefix. Bloxheed hasn't officially confirmed what either abbreviation stands for, so this tier list uses them exactly as they appear in-game rather than guessing at an expansion.
